You mentioned that your digital photoframe will not turn on. When you connect it to the computer see if the computer still detects it. You also mentioned that it is direct to AC power. The reasone the previous experts suggested this is because there are so many digital photo frames out in the market today as you did not specify your exact brand and model number we can only guess. So it is best if you specify your exact brand and model. Secondly I ask if the computer still detects the unit because that is a way to find out if the unit is defective or not. I would assume your unit still needs a computer to put pictures on it right? I stress the word assume because i do not know the brand and model.

Check the power supply contacts, if it is battery one remove and put back the batteries, clean battery contact with alcohol.

are you using a USB cable (make sure that the cable is 1.0 or 2.0) then see of the
dvd player supports both. If not you may be using the wrong USB i would just try a new
usb (spare)

You have a back compartment on the rear of the Frame
Are you using the AC plug to connect it to the wall out let
so is there a chance that yo may have another memory card to
try or is this card full
This may caused by an object laying on top of the remote power button
Simple but just a suggestion to check also that the power button is not sticking
Check the AC Power Input see if it is lose or the plug cord may have a small cut/slice
and the wire is exposed

usb (spare)

Well try connecting your photo frame to different ac mains and make sure your memory card as image in jpg format if this did not work then try to format the card and add some photos and check if its displayed on the frame ,even this fails then you get it serviced ,please use this number for the company support:

chek if u can reset the unit or put it in the factory defaults.
if that not work ceck if u got a cd come with and a cable anything .. that u can upgrade it firmware with it sir!!

REMOVE THE MEMORY CARD &INSERT IT..
IF ALSO SAME PROBLEM TRY TO FORMAT THE MEMORY CARD.. THROUGH IT OR FROM CARD READER.. I WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM.. PLEASE RATE IT..

there's not much we can do about that digital frame. The PCB is the heart of the digital photo frame, as it includes the device software. If it malfunctions, that's it. Common issue with digital frames, burn-out, you'll know it when something smells like a plastic burning.

call this number for service and support the warranty on those is only 90 days. Not much of a warranty. usually though when you purchase it at most retailers you are offered a protection plan. I recommend it on frames like these. Newer technology that is made as cheap as possible to bring the price down. A protection plan only costs about 20$ and would allow you to replace your item for free. If you need any further assistance let me know.
