Where can I find a service manual for a vintage stove?
Is there a website that offers how-to instructions for taking the stove apart, whether just to clean it, or repair it?
MODEL: General Electric, 24"wide, push-button, electric; 1950s.
Placard on inside of oven door is "erased", except for embossed numbers:
On the Left = 1 1245W2M2 10 7
On the Right = NM28552

1950 G.E. electric stove has a red light indicator that never goes off. it is located up by the clock and plug. it stays on even when the oven is off or the eyes are turned off.
do you know what the light is for and what may be causing this problem?

You should go to GE and call them on the phone. They will have th resources to give you this Manuel!
