I would contact the people who repaired your LCD and Touchscreen. These companies usually give you a limited warranty should any problems arise after repair.

The only other thing you could try in the mean time is a complete restore.

Sounds like you need to fully back up your iPhone by syncing it with iTunes. Make sure all your contacts are saved to your sim and anything else important is saved somewhere else.

Once you are sure you have backed everything up plug your iPhone into your computer and load iTunes.

Select your iPhone on the right in iTunes and in the Summary tab there will be a Restore option.

Click that to restore to factory settings and solve your problem.

You need to restore whit the last version of iTUNES and an ofiial firmware. Then apply jailbreak.
