There can only be three things that have gone wrong. you need to make sure that the tv input mode corresponds the connection you connect the video cable to behind the tv.
it could be that the cable may be bad and if you have another one around the house you can try that to see if its a cable issue. you can even buy one at the store just to try it and return it within a couple of days.
or....worse of the problems they're might be something wrong with the playstation video output connection. that's something sony would have to help you with. you can call them at 1-800-865-SONY.

you can pop out your hdd make sure you have had system off for 2 hours prior to doing this and unhook all cables this is located on side with a cover that has hdd on it use a flat head screwdriver to pop it out it should come out easy then there is one blue screw unscrew this and slide the hdd right until it is all the way right then pull straight out the put it back in and slide it all the way left until it clicks into place then put blue screw back and cover then try to boot system.

ACTION REPLAY DS PROBLEMS

The AR should come pre-loaded with codes for most games. If you followed the directions carefully and there are no codes for your game I suggest following the AR update instructions in the booklet to reset and download the most up to date codelists for your games.

Action Replay DS

All you need to do is, when you have those blue and red lines, means the codes are corrupted. To fix this, you will have to reset the Action Replay. To do that, you need to do this:

1. Hold down the A and B buttons before turning the console on.
2. Turn the Ds on while still holding the A and B, but when the health and safety screen comes up, hold down Start and Select too, so you now have 4 buttons held down.
3. Keep holding all 4 down until the main screen of the Action Replay appears. You'll have no games, which is no worry now because you can hook it up to the computer and update your AR with all the games again.

Hope this helps!
