Question about Canon PIXMA® MP530 All-In-One Printer
Red status light is on, inks are full, no paper jam, front cover and rear covers closed. Tried Xerox telephone customer support - useless , "somneone will call you back" and on line help/form - also useless - no one ever comes back. This is our business's main printer - if we cannnot fix it within the next 24 hours I'm going to purchase an HP......
Just had user with same problem. Printer status = paper jam but no paper in feed path therefore suspect paper pick up problem. Asked user to take out paper tray and turn paper in tray over. This solved problem.
So possible fix = turn paper over or try different paper.
If printer is old try cleaning pickup roller. My users printer had only done 227 pages.
