My motherboard was biostar nf61s.i want a new graphics card.i currently using nvidia 8400 gs it was not good to me.i want to buy a new nvidia 240gt.if it works fine?(and give hard ware installing...

If you need a new card for gaming purpose please go for ati 5770 or nvidia 9800 gt as you will get a better gaming performance from both of these as compared to 240gt.

You may also have to upgrade your power supply unit as higher graphics card require more power.

Hi! Sorry to ny english :) I have problem with conecting cable graphic card and motherbord Graphic card GeForce 9600GT and MSI 915G Combo-FR Motherboard I cant found conector on motherboar for SPDIF...

I have looked at the manual for your motherboard. It does not have a SPDIF connection on the board, just on the rear I/O panel. (If you need a copy you can download one here. They have several languages available.) Here is the back I/O panel picture:

You will need to connect your graphic card using a cable as shown in the "outside" picture on the image you supplied:

Plug the cable from the card into the SPDIF connector circled in red on the picture.

I am unable to install my msi grahpic card on a msi bord.

What you need to do is make sure your motherboard has a pci express slot as you card is made for pci express...aslo check that you have not put the card into a normal Pci Connection.Assume that now you can see the screen and your disc wont spin just go to nvidia. Here is the direct link your driver.Just select your os ect...and model of card which is 8 series http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us Aslo make sure you have connected your screen to your new Graphics card as it will now be the primary output for display...I really hope this helps you :-)

Problems with MSI K8N Neo3 motherboard ethernet adapter

Hi mush187, the SMbus controller is basically your chipset drivers. If for some unseen odd reason it did not install correctly you will not be able to install other drivers. (which seem to be the case). Here is the link to you're board & it's drivers. (click on it).
http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=driver&maincat_no=1&prod_no=170

This is nVIDIA's web site. This is where you need to go in order to download & install the latest chipset drivers.
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

I understand if you can't get you're network driver installed you can't get to the nVIDIA site. So can you install a PCI network card, (temporarily)? The cool thing about nVIDIA's web site is it will scan your system & suggest the proper updated software.
It's only a suggestion.... In either case the MSI link above will allow you to download the drivers you need.

Good Luck!
If I can be of more service, just ask.

Installing NVidia 8500GT XFX 256MB graphics to A8N-VM Motherboard

The chances are that you have an old motherboard which is not compatable with the new graphic card. Or you may be running windows 98 and are downloading the driver for xp or visa versa. The probable solution, will be to sell the new card on ebay and buy the best old card you can off ebay. Or just make do with the card you already had in your computer. If you are determined to have a better graphics card. A motherboard upgrade with better graphic card may be the best answer or buy a better spec pc second hand if you don't have much money. You'll probably waiste a lot of time trying to get the new card to work and it probably never will.
