Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Hi Linda,

Here's how you can clear your Browsing History:

1. Go to the Tools Menu
2. Select "Clear Private Data"
3. Mark All boxes and hit Clear Private Data Now

You can also do this by doing a Ctrl+Shift+Del on your keyboard.

After clearing the Browsing History, Refresh the page. You will then be asked to enter your Username and Password again. Navigate to My Profile and see if you can Edit it now.
