Question about Televison & Video
You need to check the regional listing for your dvd player. If the regions are not the same they will not be compatible. DVD's in Fl are from region 1. I do not know what your region is but if you check on any of the cases to your movies you purchased in Ireland that work on your machine you will see a globe logo with a number that tells you what region those dics are in. If Ireland is a number one region and still does not play check a friend or relatives dvd player to determine if it is your machine or the disc. If it's the disc try and get an exchange.
