Try going to safe mode by pressing f8 while it is loading.
once your on safe mode try system restore to restore the computer to a state when it was working
system restore is on:
start >programs> accessories>system tools>system restore.

you can try the following steps
if the screen is still unresponsive try to restart the iphone by following these steps
if restarting does not work, try resetting the iphone
1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds or until you see the apple logo appears
if your screen becomes responsive, try to reset the settings by going to the settings of y ur iphone then general then reset and reset all. after this, restore the files on your iphone through itunes
