If you want to reset the notebook all you do is remove the battery and press the on button for 20 seconds this will reset the cmos do not connect the AC adaptor while doing this

do you think you got a virus or spyware on your system, i would first try system restore on the start acc,system tools system restore
set back to last week ,
if that dont work needs to reinstall windows
