Question about Whirlpool LSR5132PQ Top Load Washer
I have a whirlpool lsr5132pq washing machine and it fills with water but does nothing else after that please help.l
My whirlpool washer did the same thing recently. It ended up being something rather simple to fix. A screw had came loose (isnt that all our problems!) on the lid which held the switch for the washer to kick on when the lid shuts. All we had to do was replace the screw to hold the bar in place on the lid to work correctly. Make sure all your screws are there and tight before dismantling the control panel!!!

The pressure switch may be bad there is a switch under the control panel it has a plastic tube coming to it from the tub when it fills with water the pressure stops the water and starts the motor now first turn the timer to final spin and see if it runs through that if it does the timer and motor are good and the pressure switch is prob the culprit to get under the control panel there are two screws on the back of the end caps back them out pull the panel forward and tilt it back on its hinges if you further help contact me
