I need to print the tech specs sheet from the printer itself! How do I?

Is it wifi enabled or does it need to be hardwired?

I had that problem, I removed the problem and let it itself intall again.
Note, this will only work on Win7/Vista/8

From what I can tell from the specs, the 5520 works with SD cards, 2GB and smaller. It won't work with higher-capacity SDHC cards.

A calibration sheet it what tells the printer how colors should actually look, and how they should print out. These should print out as you set your printer to calibrate itself. You place that sheet on the printer's glass (scanner).

I believe that you are not completing the alignment process.

Let me explain the alignment process..

1- Remove the usb cable from printer and computer if connected through usb cable.

2- Turn off the printer, wait for 30 seconds, turn on the printer

3- It will print an alignment page

4- Place this page on scanner glass of printer from right hand corner

5- Press OK or SCAN button on printer

6- This will complete the alignment process.

It will not print an alignment page again and again.

plain paper.
- Confirm that the print
head alignment sheet
is printed properly

All of the following is done on the Printer, not your computer keyboard.
Press the printer's Menu button. Then press the down arrow until Configure appears. Press return. Press the down arrow until Reports appears. Press Return. Press the down arrow until Printer Settings appears. Press return again. You will now get a report sheet printed which will include the Total number of sheets printed, the total Colour sheets and the total B/W sheets plus other information.

my printer only printed 1 page out of 3 so now it wont stop. it pulls the paper in and comes out blank. this will keep going unless i turn it off. how do i reset my printer?

Hello, you can print a calibration sheet from the front panel of the printer. Hit menu on the panel of the printer and scroll down to calibration printer and hit ok. Then hit ok on print calibration page and it should proceed to print a calibration page. After it is done printing, it will tell you to scan the calibration sheet.

press stop reset button for few seconds and you can use your black cartridge for printing,but do remember to put use black only setting in ur printer cartridge settings.
