I am unable to restore my mini to factory settings

iTunes enables you to restore iPad mini to factory settings. Micromax Q5 is designed like that. When you open Opera for the first time it will start installing. But facebook, gtalk will load immediately. Because facebook and gtalk are pre-loaded and for Opera they just gave the link to the Opera. So after restoring the settings you lost Opera which you installed. The way to retrieve is, open your WAP browser and you can install.

try pressing f11 on boot up to see if you have a recovery manager insalled

You can reset the BIOS to factory defaults by going into setup when the computer is booting. I am not sure what button to press either F2 or F10. It should show you at the bottom of the screen when computer is booting.

the default code for restoring factory settings is 12345. just go to ur settings and try to restore using the said code. id it doesnt work try formatting ur phone by using the code*#7370#. but check for virus b4 tht.
