Question about Acer Aspire™ T180 PC Desktop
My acer aspire t180 kept crashing and was advised to change internal battery, i took out battery and replaced but since then the computer doesn't start, it just beeps and the screen remains blank, please help
The computer beeps when some components are missing. Check all the connections.
Please try to press F8 at the boot, and choose Safe mode. You will see then if it is the hard drive the problem.
If you have more information after the T180 for the model number, can you indicate it please. You might have to update the BIOS.

You people are not explaining in detail what is actually wrong?. If you do this we can try to help you.
1 Does the power lights light up.
2 Does the hard-drive light light up
3. Does anything go on the computer.
4 What does and what does not (lightup)
Just because you have a blank screen does not necessarily mean the screen is "had it" and by plugging an external monitor to see if there is problem does not exist.
For all we know your motherboard may have ceased to exist or your hard drive crashed or your memory chip. Please help me to help you?
