Re: Printer is not printing at all, just blank pages
I can help you troubleshoot your printer. Just be prepared if your printer never prints again. This is rare to say the least. I just want you to know that in advance. OK? Laser printers use a static charge applied to the paper to represent your document and then this charged paper passes over the toner and finally the toner on the paper passes under a tungsten wire heated up high enough to melt the toner into the paper. This is why newly printer pages are warm to the touch. So, with three systems doing the magic any one of them can fail due to fatigue.

the display for an error message. If the display reads "Clearing paper
from printer," the engine has detected a jam and is attempting to eject
the jammed pages automatically. These pages will often be blank.
the display for "Performing PRINT/STOP TEST" or "Performing SERVICE
TEST." Either of these messages indicates that the printer is going
through a test procedure that may eject blank pages.
the amount of paper in the input tray if the printer is feeding
multiple blank sheets at a time. The printer will pull extra pages
through if the input tray is overfilled.
the paper in the input tray with the correct size if needed. If the
4600 printer detects the paper as an incorrect size for the print job, it may eject the paper without printing anything on it.
the ink cartridges if certain colors are blank on the page. Replace the
black cartridge if printing a black text document that is coming out

empty, but will unable to print anything on the page, causing it to

Run a diagnostic so the printer can attempt to determine the cause of
the blank pages printing. Press the up or down arrow to select
"Diagnostics." Press the "Check mark" button. Press the "Down" arrow to
highlight "PQ Troubleshooting." Press the "Check mark" button. The
printer runs a diagnostic and returns to a ready state when done.

There is a small plastic piece wich is pushed the door of lasser scanner assy(LSA) (left upper side of the top cover). If this plastic piece is broken he cant push (to open) LSA door and you will take blank page ever when you print...
hi,check your printing setting and then print.
uninstall the printer then install the printer again then printer has default setting and print the paper.
sometimes printer current pages print wich is selected by setting.you must select all the pages.

In the settings for this printer, clear the Font DIMM check box on
the Configure tab if no font DIMM is installed in the printer. Select
the Font DIMM check box only if the font DIMM is physically
installed in the printer. If you think that the font DIMM is installed,
make sure that it is installed correctly.
The paper curls when
exiting the top output
The paper needs to print to the
straight-through paper path.
Open the rear output door to print to the straight-through paper
path. Remove each sheet as it exits the printer.
The stack was slightly curled when it
was placed in the tray.
Turn the stack over in the tray.
The paper does not meet
