My motorola mb300 start up failed when i start mobile ih hangs on starting logo. please help\

Hi, when a phone it is hanging on starting logo, it means that memory has been affected by VIRUS.

VIRUS can damage a phone in no time. VIRUS can be caused by downloading applications on your phone through the internet, or might be from data transfer from a phone to another phone.

To remove the VIRUS, you will need to flash the phone memory. Flashing the phone will restore back the phone to it normal state.

You can use this link to see how to flash your phone

Flashing a cell phone will erase carrier data from the memory. Cellular companies can usually do this for a fee. Online buyer sites sell the software kit that will flash a cell phone from home computers.

To flash a phone you will need to rewrite the PRL file by connecting your phone to a computer with the needed equipment. Your best bet is to take your phone to a dealer that flashes phones on a regular basis. For more information

How do i get out of ftm mode

Hello,

If you want to have the file transfer mode on your phone when you connect it to a computer.
Plug in the USB to the phone and connect it to the computer, once the computer reads it and install its drivers, then on your phone a page will pop up on the screen, there will be a list of options of file transfer mode, amongst others, all you have to do is to select the file transfer mode and you will be able to share files between the computer and the phone.

Take care and good luck

Hello,

This is a software problem, the phone might have contacted some sort of virus. Such virus can be contacted from file transfers from other devices (bluetooth, laptop, downloads etc).

The solution to the problem is for you to have the phone flashed with the appropriate software and cable.

NB: Always scan files you intend to transfer to your phone for viruses before they are sent to your phone.

Hello,

There seem to be a problem with the phone, that is why it keeps blinking and not turning on whenever you try to turn it on.

My nokia n97 mini is sometime phone automaticaly shutdown and restarting.

Hello,

There is a problem with the phone that is why it automatically shuts down and restart.
This is mostly caused by a virus. It might have been contracted by file transfers of different kind.
Either through bluetooth file transfers, file downloads, transfers from laptops and pc etc.

The solution is for you to turn of the phone for a while lets say for about 30 minutes, then you turn it on back. If it does the same, then you can flash the phone with the appropriate software and cable.

After doing this, the phone will be in good condition once again.

Take care and good luck.

TIPS: When a phone gets to work for a very long period of time without getting any break or rest, it will start to malfunction. So as man needs rest after a long time of work so also does any machine to.

IT FREEZES ON STARTUP

Hello,

There seem to be a problem that is why your phone freezes on start up.
The first most likely cause is that there might be too many files on the phone, so many files that the phone wont be able to read them all before start up.

Another cause can be that there is a virus on the phone, which can be contacted from other bluetooth devices, mobile downloads, file transfers from computers etc.

The solution to the problem is for you to flash the phone with the appropriate software.

Now the phone will come on without freezing, once it is on, ensure you move all large files on to the memory card, and see to it that files are scanned for viruses before transferring it to your phone.

Take care and good luck

I have nokia N73 mobile now a days a problam occur in the phone my phon all folder convert in exe formet and its enable to open my folder it cussed by a virus how to remove that virus

always use Nokia PC Suit to transfer file, although this process is a bit slow but will surely save you from viruses. now to remove viruses from memory use card reader and scan it for viruses..be careful not to remove or delete any important file..because once deleted that file cannot be restored.

How to download music onto my lg vantage cell phone?

  1. Plug the USB cable into the outlet on the phone. There is not a universal USB cable to fit all phones, so be sure you use the right cable for your phone. If you do not have a USB cable, go to a cell phone store and buy one for your specific cell phone. Plug the other end of the cable into an open USB slot on your computer.
  2. Open "My Computer" or "Computer" from your Start menu. Your computer should automatically detect the cell phone. Double-click on the cell phone's icon in the open window.
  3. Open the folder you saved the music in. Right click on the music file or files you want to place on the phone. To select more than one file, hold down the Control key while you click on the files you want to transfer to your cell phone. Select "Copy" from the menu that pops up when you right click the highlighted files.
  4. Click in the cell phone's folder window opened in Step 4. Right click in the middle of the window and select "Paste" from the menu you are given. This automatically starts to transfer the files to your cell phone. Once the transfer is complete, remove the USB cord and listen to the music on your phone.
