You would really need the model number of the phone system for be to be able to advise speed dial programming. I attached a site with manuals if needed.http://www.wedophones.com/Manuals/Toshib...

If you have a newer Toshiba phone system you will press Intercom #66 to get into speed dial. Once you in speed dial numbers 10-99 will be station speed dials and 100-999 will be the system speed dials. I included a website with manuals below. Hope this helps.

How do I manually enter phone numbers into the "speed dial" directory of my Toshiba FD-9859 cordless telephone?

Welcome to Fixya

To program a speed dial on your phone, enter programming mode (press #9876 on your phone). The phone will display "USER PROGRAMMING MODE." Press the Spdial button, enter a speed dial number (100-119), 9 plus the phone number you wish to dialed (1-213-555-1212 for example), then press the Spdial button one more time to lock it in. To use a programmed speed dial, just press the Spdial button plus the number.

Thank you for using Fixya!

We have a phone system Toshiba Strata DK40 with phones dkt2020sd and dkt2010h and we need to know how to make some of the phones ring as they do not all do that. Can you help me with that?

I know this is old, but to help the next person.... On a DK40, you program from port 000, not ext 205. The DK280 is programmed from ext 205. The other info is correct.

You will have to get into program mode for this. you will have to press this sequence of buttons. Hold*#*#1*2*3*. Password is default to 0000. Program number is 902 then press hold. Press Intercom button for Date and line 1 button for time. If you press Intercom #66 enter speed dial number 10-99 is station speed dial. Clear speed dial/one touch settings

There is no way to clear the settings you would have to re-program the correct setting. Did you program one touch speed dial on the line buttons? I do not see how programming a speed dial could effect accessing the CO lines unless you re-programmed the CO line buttons by mistake. If so, you would need to re-program those soft keys to line buttons. The manual you have may not cover this? The phone you have can work on a few different Panasonic phone systems. If you need a more detailed manual you will first need to know which Panasonic phone system you have. The phone part number WILL NOT help you determine which phone system you have. There is a main control unit somewhere (basement, utility closet, etc..)
