Apears that your installer CD has got corrupt. Try installing from a fresh copy of Windows 98 (preferably Windows 98 Second Edition).

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My Emachine T5010 reboots on Windows loading screen.

Before windows loads press F8 on the keyboard to get an advanced menu.
choose the option that says disable automatic restart on error and see what error you get.
Also try the Safe Mode option.
That click sounds like the harddrive is failing.

Bios

Try cleaning the insides of the machine. Remove the cards (video, sound, etc.) and clean the terminals (the interfacing portion) using a soft eraser. Also clean the memory module. Reinsert all cards and memory chips firmly and reboot. Make sure that you remove static electricity in your body by placing your hands on the sides of your CPU.

Divide overflow error,

if the start menu click run and enter msconfig
Click on startup and turn off all the programs
Click on Servics and turn on hide all microsoft services
Turn off all other services that are not from microsoft

restart your system
you will see the error has gone
one by one turn back on service and start up programs and restart after ever turn on to isolate which program causes the error
YOu can then leave that turned odd and turn the rest back on.
