I want the software tool to reset the waste ink level for canon ip-1000 inkjet printer

I have the same problem.

al tratar de imprimir cualquier documento presenta el siguiente: mensaje ¡el deposito de tinta excedente esta lleno llame al servico tecnico para cambiarlo!.

ya se limpio el deposito y aun continua presentandose dicho mensaje.

my canon pixma ip1000 waste ink absober is full and i have clean it how could i reset it

4 step to Reset waste ink tank counter CANON PIXMA iP 1000
STEP 1:- Disconnect printer from AC power
STEP 2:- Press and HOLD the POWER button, and connect printer to AC power
STEP 3:- release the the POWER button
STEP 4:- Press the POWER button again
