For all innovage shift3 mp3 players, i have the 2 gig. version. I found the instructions and software useless. Start your media player first then plug in your mp3 player and the windows wizard should prompt you to syncronize your music from your play list to your mp3 player. I haven't found a way to make it work with the videos yet but i have downloaded all my playlists to my mp3 player. And found it faster if all my music was on there prior to syncronizing my player, but you can do this everytime you start to download. Don't feel bad it took me several hours to figure this out too.

I just ordered one of these mp3 players from ebay, from what i read you just use it like a memory stick, plug it in and drag and drop your mp3s to it. The cd that comes with this player is only for windows 98 users, it does not have any software to make mp3s. This means you would have to use your own software to make your mp3s.. i use iTunes. As soon as mine arrives i will post a better how-to here.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
