Download the cleanboot files here. upzip the 70XXcleanboot folder. copy the 4 files to an SD card. put the card in the device and cleanboot it (powerbutton + 1 + 9, then hold yellow scanner button).

It will boot

How to factory default Mc75 device

Resetting the MC75

There are two reset functions, warm boot and cold boot. A warm boot restarts the MC75 by closing all running

programs. A cold boot also restarts the MC75, and also resets the clock. Data saved in flash memory or a memory

card is not lost.

If the MC75 is not functioning properly, perform a warm boot first. If the MC75 still does not respond, perform a cold

boot.

Performing a Warm Boot

Hold down the Power button for approximately five seconds. As soon as the MC75 starts to boot release the

Power button.

Performing a Cold Boot
To perform a cold boot simultaneously press the Power button and the 1 and 9 keys.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response

Thanks, Joe

Palm lifedrive wont' boot stuck on palm screen

This sounds like the issue where the LifeDrive is stuck in a loop. You can see how to break the device out of the system loop on the Palm Knowledge Base article (26419) located HERE.

Hope that helps get you up and running again!

When im going 2 turn it on it freezes at the

your stuck in a boot loop
the best way to deal with this is turn the phone off
boot it up in the recovery console using home+power at the same time
wait for the exclamation mark to come up and press alt+l
then you will have to wipe the phone using alt+w once the text appears

P.S you will temporarily lose contacts but they will come back however nothing on your sd card will be changed

T-Mobile Dash stuck in the start up mode

Unfortunately, the only way to fix this is to do a cold boot on the phone and reset it to the factory default settings. A description on how this works can be found at another answers page. For the sake of saving you some time, I'll repost the answer here.

**beginning of post**

Is it just getting stuck there, or is it doing a reboot loop? If it gets to a certain point and keeps rebooting, and if you have a memory card inserted, try removing the memory card and turning the phone on again. This tends to happen when a program is installed to the memory card instead of the phone, but removing the memory card when turning on the phone will allow it to boot all the way.

If it is getting stuck on that screen, then a hard reboot(cold boot) will need to be done. Hopefully you have synced it with your computer recently, because it will reset everything to factory settings and erase everything else. If you have a memory card, be sure to remove it before doing a hard reboot! I'm not sure if it would erase the memory card or not, but it is best not to take the chance of leaving it in.

***WARNING: This will erase all of your files that are stored to the phone's memory!***

1. Make sure phone is off
2. Hold both softkeys (the 2 buttons below the screen with the dashes) and turn the phone on. Be sure to keep holding the softkeys while the phone is booting.
3 Follow the directions that will appear on the screen to complete a hard reboot. It should ask you to press the Send key to continue or End key to cancel.

**end of post**

Now, keep in mind that when when you are following in the instructions, release the power button immediately after turning the phone on, otherwise you'll have to start the process over again.

Have you tried the classic "hard boot"?

Do you have a WAN or LAN radio configuration?
Has the device worked for you in the past ... and no will not?

Until you answer my questions and I get back to you you might try pulling the battery out for 10 min or so... see if it reboots when you reinstall it
