I got this Sylvania laptop (netbook) from my local pawn shop I turned the volume all the way up but I still cannot hear anything please please please help me out

visit an auto part store like Oreilleys or AutoZone or Advance Auto parts and order a new stereo sometimes its not worth fixing what is broken instead replace it, you can also look in Walmart.com for a cheap replacement or visit your local Pawn shop, half the time people sell to pawn shops just to make money and not because anything is wrong with the object.
I have no Idea what you paid for the sylvania, but In my humble opinion you would be better off returning it, unless you paid less than $5 for it. a better choice would be the amazon 7 inch fire tablet at $50. new from amazon.
First make sure that the power supply in plug in at the wall and at the computer. Check the cable,
plug and socket on the computer. Move the cable around watch for the
computer to go on and off. If all looks okay take the power supply to a
local repair shop and have tested if it test good you will have to take
the computer in for service...
