Your TV main board is damaged and you need a new one. You can order one on ebay and fix it yourself. Make sure you have the TV model/serial number on the back label of the TV to have the right part when ordering.

I just got mine to stop flashing lights and function again when I unplugged the cords from the machine and let it sit for a minute. You can always give that a try.

have battery tested if good fully charge,then check all relays and fuses.

this happened to me, it needs charging make sure the lead has the blackberry symbol facing up....

FYI: WHOEVER told you 110 chips can be replaced with 120 chips is wrong.

Easy way at this point to way at this point to see if chips are the problem is to UNSOLDER AND REMOVE BOTH CHIPS. Make sure not shorted connections and power set up---set will function without the chips but look terrible.

Try Suburban Electronics for the correct chips----only safe replacement for them is the 150 chip----stk-392-110 and stk-392-120 are not interchangeable.

The blinking light indicates a short.

does the power light flash three times slowly then stay off? If so chances are its just the CP150, cp120 and CP114 capacitors. There is the RCA repair kit by that same name available from www.tvrepairworld.com which has the capacitors and the CD with repair instructions

That's usually caused by a bad lamp. However that chassis is famous for having bad caps on the power board. If there is a problem with the flash itself or the mainboard connection to the flash it will not charge. If the flash won't charge then it won't go off when you take a picture. The only way to fix the problem is to replace the flash with a good used one and see if that fixes it. If not, then you need to replace the mainboard. Good used parts can usually be found online for cheap; that auction website doesn't pay me to type their name, so I don't, sorry. Hope this helps!
