The small gear (part # 530071258) is attached to the clutch drum with a right-hand threaded cap screw (remove counter clockwise with an Allen wrench). It is secured with Locktite. To keep the clutch drum from turning while you remove the cap screw you must remove the transmission case from the edger (three long screws that are very hard to see and accessed from the blade side). The clutch drum has four holes in it -- you will use one of them to hold the drum from turning. Insert a 3/16 to 1/4 in drill thru one of the holes and drill a hole in the plastic transmission case, but not into the grease chamber. To keep the drum from turning, pass a screw driver or other round tool thru the hole in the drum and thru the hole in the case. Use the screw driver as a lever to keep the drum from turning and back out the cap screw counter clockwise. If the drum clutch becomes out of round you will have to replace it (part # 530036665).

Xbox 360 tray taking 5 or 6 times to open

You will probably need a new DVD drive. If you are experienced with disassembly, you could try cleaning out the drive gears in the DVD drive. If you have a game stuck inside of the drive, there is a small hole in front of the drive, behind the faceplate, that will accept a straightened paperclip and manually drives the tray gears,

Repair

There are no adjustments for this machine. Chances are that the plastic gear that is driven by the worm gear has a spot that is worn down and when worm gear hits this spot, it does not drive . Replacing gear is the only remedy. Good luck.

My digital camera lense is jammed in how can I fix it?

The camera will need to be carefully disassembled, Preferably by a Technician or a savvy electronic person. Care is the most important thing when opening up small precision pieces. Not only with the possibility of loosing small screws and parts, But there are lots of small fragile flat wire tracts that will easily tear if improper disassembled. The Optical Assembly will need to be removed and disassembled carefully so no dust get on to optics. Motor and gear train pulled, and lens reset to home position ( In with Shutter closed). This is the basic steps to restoring proper position to the lens, Observe the proximity switches near or around the drive cluster or optical assembly, Be sure the solder joints are OK. IN most models this will usually fix the issue, unless it's a Controller issue on the main board.

Yard man ym-25 lawn trimmer quits running.

Check the fuel lines for cracks/breaks. If they are o.k., then:

You will need to disassemble the carburetor and spray with carb.cleaner. Make sure the small screen is free of debris. (Should be able to see daylight through it.)

Use a Den Tek Brush, (http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=165357&catid=1152),to clean the small portals in carb. These portals can become blocked. Reassemble and start.

If the carb. parts are more than 4 years old, you may have to replace them.

Starts full choke dies out runs for a few min at half choke dies out at no choke. noticed tank is full of air bubbles when running

First, you will need to check the fuel lines for cracks/breaks.

(NOTE: If the carburetor parts are more than four years old, and depending on the use, you will need a new carb. kit if the cleaning doesn't work.)

If you need further assistance, just let me know.

Will start (briefly) on full choke and then when I switch the choke to half choke the engine stalls out??

I had the same problem and was able to fix it by tightening the two allen-head screws holding the cylinder to the crankcase. These screws had vibrated loose and was letting air enter the combustion chamber causing the mixutre to be too lean to run. This does require some disassembly but the entire job only took about 30 minutes.
