Question about Samsung HTQ100 Shelf System

HTQ-100 Jango, i am trying to use my ipod through the USB port and i won't recognise it. Samsung has said that there is a list of recognised MP3 players and ipod is not one of them. Is there a programme out there that i acn use to sort this? Cheers Ryan rgregory4095@gmail.com

No. The internal hardware came by default with a software that not have the ipod compatibility. Maybe the new models could come with this feature.

The CD supplied does not have drivers on it. This is a flash player so your PC should recognise it automaticaly.

Ipod not recognised in itunes


You should try connecting the iPod to a different computer and see if it works. If it doesn't work, you should try connecting with a different USB cable if you can get a hold of one. One of the two should be your problem (a defective USB port on the computer or a defective iPod USB cable).

IPod Shuffle and compatibility with USB ports


yes it's a common problem, it might be a usb 2.0 or high speed usb port but the motherboard is unable to supply enough ampage to supply the port. Assuming you have tried removing other usb connected peripherals and tried a different port, the only way you may get the ipod to connect is to purchase a mains powered usb hub as the power supplied is sufficient to connect to ipods and pda's etc.
