Question about Avaya 4610
We have lot of 4610 sw . when the agent log in and answer the call and he have a new call waiting if the client heng up the phone , the call that was on wait get in it will sound the ring and.....disconect . the agent need to log in agein .
do you know what to do ? ( at the 4602sw its not happend )
Are you using any application on your desktop to login or manually from the phone if you are log in through the desktop remove the application and intall it back this should resolve the issue
