Problem for Viking DFUD042 Built-in Dishwasher
Dishwasher tils when door is open because the bracket is roken
My dishwasher (Viking DFUD042) tilts when the door is open because it wasn't installed properly. Because it was only attached to the cabinet with 1 screw, the bracket broke and now nothing is holding it to the cabinet. How do I get a replacement bracket? Is the bracket to attach the dishwasher to the cabinet part of the side trim kit?

There is now a universal dishwasher bracket for just this problem called E-Z DISHWASHER BRACKET. It is available through Braxton-Bragg or ask for it at a local granite fabricator. It is very simple to use.

that dishwasher can be mounted on the sides or on the top. i would use to top mounting brackets if the side brackets are damaged. if the countertop is granite you can go to lowes or home depot and buy a thin strip of board then glue that under the counter so that you have something to screw into
