You can contact your network provider or try mobile-unlocker.com to get your unlock code. I know for a fact that mobile-unlocker.com has an LG Global Unlocking service that providers 3 or 4 unlock codes; out of which one would be your NCK code along with the SPCK and SCK codes.

Guys, you probably know, what RTFM means? Read The F****ing Manual! It says that LG KP500 or Cookie, that one with a FreeTouch technology and a Stylus Pen atached to the bottom DOES NOT SUPPORT THEMES!

If you say that your file is not shown anywhere so that you can't access the file anymore but the space is reduced from Common Phone Memory this may be due to the problem described in http://bitsbytesand42.blogspot.com/2008/06/long-filename-problem-in-lg-ku250.html. I had to re-flash my phone which is an risky operation in order to take the memory lost in this way.

If yo mean to unlock it from the network you are on! Yes you can you just have to ring your service provider and ask them for the unlock code...
