Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
I was told by HP Support that the cyan cartridge had a defect and if you call HP Support and tell them of this problem, they will replace the defective cartridge.
What I did was take the printer back to Costco and replace it for a new one. I installed the cartridges and said a prayer and it works like a charm. No noise and no blue background.
