Question about T-Mobile Sidekick
I am currently looking to purchase a T-Mobile sidekick from ebay, and the only problems with the unit, are that the scroll wheel doesn't work, and that the keypad is worn and not all of the letters are visible. I was wondering if I should steer clear of this phone, or if these are easily fixable problems. Would it be best to get it professionally fixed, or is this something that can be done with a parts phone, and minimal skills. If anyone could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Hi yes you can buy the replacements parts and change them BUT.... this is NO minimum skill!! the parts whom died are very impotent for every day use (thats way they are gone) my suggestion: DO NOT think about it this sidekick is for spare parts only - not for beeing your main as you wish find another 1 good luck
