Ezpro 610H image problem

I just purchased a used projector. I was told it was tested prior to shipment. However, I cannot get a clear image. It has pink and green blur or misallignment. Not really sure how to describe as it is not really a shadow. I cannot locate a use manual and did not come with one. I'm hoping this is something simple and obvious and not an issue caused by shipment or truly wrong with the projector and not disclosed.
It is not a focus issue. I have tried options within the menu and frequency, contrast etc. make little to no difference. I have it hooked up to a laptop.

SOURCE: EZPRO 610H...has a red shadow

this is ghosting, caused by interferance. cheaper cables tend not to have metal sheathing and those ferrite RF suppression thingees on the ends, which prevents this problem.

also, avoid running your signal cables next to power cables. If your cables are long (say more than 10m) this may also cause problems.

Image upside down

I'm on this site because my projector is down after swithcing out the bulb or I could jot down the exact steps for you. It's a very easy fix. When you push the menu button on your projector to get into settings, there is one that will allow you to flip the image. Sorry I can't be of more help

Optoma EzPro 610H Multimedia Projector Display is all white

Your projector is LCD based. That is, basically, a tiny panel is a computer monitor with a lamp behind it to shine through the panel and lense, onto the screen. This all white screen means the pixels of the LCD are all "deactivated" allowing all the white light through. This happens on computer monitors from time to time. I cannot find a blind reset, meaning there's isn't a method of holding down a series of buttons to "reset" the projector.

aside from calling support, as their manual is useless, I would recommend powering the unit off and then unplugging all cables, including power.

Press and and hold the power buttons for 20 to 30 seconds to see if it clears up your issue. Sometimes, after unplugging the unit and pressing the power button on the projector will briefly light the panel lights and then they fade. This may be enough to drain enough power to force the projector to reset to normal conditions.

If if that doesn't work, I'd recommend leaving it unplugged for a day or so and try it again. Beyond that, the controller board for the display may have failed. It shouldn't be the case, but it is possible.

However, I feel the unit needs a simple reset, which normally you'd do though the menses, which obviously possible.
