First years baby monitor Y7569P

That is due to some sort of electrical flux within the monitor CRT tube

Since the CRT tube has a very high voltage operation it may happen

You may have noticed similar noise coming out of any ordinary Tubelight condensers

Monitor and base are plugged in but the monitor continues to beep. We have tried to change channels but it still beeps. Please advise.

I realize this original post is old, but just incase someone is looking for solutions, I will put what worked for me. I have the T4841, and had the same problem. No matter how close or how charged the battery, it kept beeping saying out of range even though it was only a week old. I got it to work by pushing the reset buttons on the monitor and receiver at the same time. The reset button on the receiver is on the back (tiny hole with black button - a pen tip fits nicely). The reset on the monitor is on the left side just about halfway up - right below the light button. Hope this helps!

My monitor receives power, but doesn't receive signal from my computer. The green light blinks like there is something wrong and there is a faint beeping noise.

1st you separate you monitor from you Computer.
  • Now On your Monitor and check there is Faint beeping noise.
  • If there is no noise and after sometime the monitor light will change in orange colour.
  • It means there is no fault in monitor.
  • And also check Data cable of monitor is it right.
  • It means there is problem with you computer .
  • You Check the VGA Card.
  • I think there is problem with your VGA Card.

When I boot my PC up I get a blank screen and a message saying no signal then the screen goes into standby mode

OK, it's gonna be one of these 3 things :

1. The cable linking your CPU to your monitor might not be properly plugged or has been damaged. You should hence ensure that the connection between the two devices has been properly done and that the cable’s state is fine.

2. You might be facing a problem with your monitor if the CPU makes a single beep error sound when you switch on the system. You can check whether the problem comes from your monitor by testing it on another CPU. If you still have “No Signal” error displayed including the error beep, I would strongly suggest you to try to get your monitor fixed by a competent technician or to get a new monitor.

3. If you receive several error beeps when starting the computer, this might be linked to a graphic card dysfunction. You can refer to the motherboard notice or check that the connection has been properly set
