De-scaled by using vinegar as suggested now every cup tastes like vinegar

Keep filling your water reservoir with water and running it through, until it clears up, it might take a few fill ups of your water reservoir to get the vinegar taste out.

After placing bottled water in the container, the unit sounds like it is pumping but no water.

If your brewer is not brewing the full amount selected, it may be caused by the following:

The exit needle is clogged by coffee grounds or cocoa mix. Please refer to the K-Cup Holder cleaning instructions.

The brewer may need to be de-scaled. Please refer to the de-scaling instructions.

The removable water reservoir was removed during brewing. Place the water reservoir back onto the brewer and perform a cleansing brew without a K-Cup.

First try to make a descale maybe repeat it the next day.

Today,my keurig started to short cup me, and shortly after that, it will not brew anymore! I noiced while de scaling today( recommended per keurig), that more water is pouring into the water resivor, vs...

The water pump is probably starving for water:1. Remove the clear plastic reservoir and set it aside. 2. Look into the hole that the reservoir sits on. You will see a fine plastic screen that keeps debris from getting to the pump. 3. Clean off the screen. You may have to disassemble the bottom of the machine and remove it to do it right. 4. Put everything back together and the short-cup problem will be history.

Our keurig just flashes not ready

Try to de-scale the machine. Also, refill reservoir and then try to brew. Sometimes it needs to be re-set before it can start to brew.

Stops brewing part way through

Either the Keurig needs to cleaned out from coffee grounds clogging the pic (see top of the machine)...use a thin wire to un-clog the top piercing needle..or the unit needs to be de-scaled....Use De-scale to dissolve in water and run through machine. Finally, and sadly, the unit air pump is out. If so, return to place of purchase or call Keurig or Crystal Pure to sell as salvage or get another machine.
