Unfortunately it seems as though there is nothing on the internet anywhere on this. Even Sanyo's own website doesn't even list VHS/VCR as an option anywhere. It looks like you need to find that manual, or just go buy another VCR player.

VCR's are phasing out along with support for them. DVD players have all but taken over.
