When i start my Cybercafe PRO Server it gives an error messge " Port: 15346 appears to be blocked. Can somebody help me how i can open this port?

1. Find your host file located in your windows folder.

WinXP = C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc\hosts

if you cant find the host file, please go to your folder options and UNTICK "hide protected operating system files"

2. After locating the hosts file, right click it, properties, UNTICK read only if it is read only to make sure we can edit it.

- open the host file with notepad and write like this:
127.0.0.1 sync.oneroof.com
127.0.0.1 reports.oneroof.com

- after done, save it/overwrite.

3. Please restart your PC and try your CCP Server again.

I have window 7 64bit and the keyspan software installed fine but the server utility does not recognize the print server. I allowed port 3842 tcp and udp through the windows firewall but still no luck.

for key span server to work with windows 7 install windows xp mode to windows 7 ( this can be downloaded from microsoft website if you have windows 7 pro and above. if you have windows 7 home then install windows virtual pc, start it up and insert a windows xp pro install disk. for info on this google 'workaround to install windows xp mode in windows 7 home premium and home basic') Once you have windows xp mode running, install the keyspan server utility int he virtual machine and setup as usuall. then share the printer. go to windows 7 devices and printers and add a printer, chose a network printer, select the new virtual machine and select the shared printer. In order for the printer to work just start up the keyspan program from windows 7 and print....your welcome.

VPN Using XP Servers and D-Link WBR-2310

I had exactly the same problem. The solution is to set up pptp as a virtual server pointing to the lan ip of the server. Port forwarding only forwards the port but not the GRE protocol (pptp passthrough)
