Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Files not deleted from m250

Try this solution:

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Good Luck,
I hope this helps

My playlists from sansa m250 disappeared but when i connected ..

When transfering the songs from computer to player. First, sync device before transfering. Only do this the very first time. If you try to sync with songs already on the player, they will be erased.

To test the device. Open your comuters music file folder, keep folder open, than go to start menu, go to my computer and open the folder (D: or F: folder) It will have your player listed there.

Now with both folders open, take a song from the music folder, drag it to the sansa folder and drop it in there. It should be added to player.

I want to reset the player

The best thing to do is remove everything and start over.
How To:
Plug in the mp3 player to the usb and open Windows Media Player.
When the player shows up on the left side of the screen - "Sansa m250" - rightclick on it and choose "format."
Give it plenty of time erase everything.
**THE COMPUTER WILL SAY IT IS FINISHED BUT THE DEVICE WILL NOT. LISTEN TO THE DEVICE.**
Unplug and check to see if the device now says "no files." If so you're good. Just reload what music you want. If not, do the procedure again and make sure that the format process is complete before you unplug - sometimes it looks finished but is really just hung up.

SANSA M250

Sounds like there may be some music corruption left on the player.

You should FORMAT the device thry My Computer>Device Name (m230)>Right click and select FORMAT.

This will delete all information and you can start over.

Best of Luck.

Not enough space to listen

If it''s any consolation, the same thing happened to me after I loaded about 1.6 GB (~250 MB left) of music on my Sansa m250. I tried to delete the required 8MB, but the directory structure got destroyed to the point where my computer wouldn''t recognize the device. I called their technical support and they''re having me send it back to them for a replacement! It''s not you, but the player! I don''t know if there''s anything that can be done from a consumer standpoint.
