The best way is to use an encryption software. This will encrypt the folder and lock it via a password no matter what user/system tries to access it. WinRAR, and WinZIP also offers some encryption techniques. The best I've used was actually an updated windows folder encryption program.

If you're running a higher version of windows vista (business or ultimate) you could use the software that comes with windows to encrypt the folders. Though, I'd suggest looking around at different applications on the internet. www.google.com is the best place to start. If you have any questions on certain types of applications I can help with that later on. However, I'd suggest at least a 128bit encryption application as the encryption is very difficult to break. :)

Hope this helps bud!

How do i cut, copy, paste on computer

I guess you want to "move" some folders or files to an external device.
I hope you know about Explorer. Once is open you can find a folder/file right click and choose cut/copy. Open the drive in the external media and on the right side on an empty space right click and choose paste.
I hope this is clear.

How can we unprotect our drive with folder lock professional

Folder Lock Professional encrypts your files to protect them. If you mean you want to decrypt your locked files, you will need to use Folder Lock Pro and supply the password. If you don't have the password, return or throw away the stolen laptop.

It possible that it is a virus so you better to scan for another anti virus software or installed another anti virus software that could cope to detect the said virus. If does not work try to reformat your computer but before that you need to back up first your important files then reformat it to disappear permanently. Hope this simple solution could help you to solve your problem. Mam/ Sir don't forget me to rate me up, I really appreciate what grade you have given to me. Thanks a lot and God Bless.

Will not boot up

Machine powers up rigth? Ok I have came same problem a few, this is what I do.
I remove the HDD , Do this if you have original cd rom sets for recovery and OS. Get USB external and connected to another computer. First I delete all the folders, even recovery. Then Format the HDD at USB external position.
Remove it, Re-insert to the laptop.
I open CD rom with needle, Where ther is small hole just insert pins it opens.
Put first disk. close it and start your computer. with luck you will get the screen to load your original recovery. This will delete all your files and documents. cause you are installing like new HArddisk so make sure you understand the procedure, It is your own risk.
If you wanted to save some files You may access them by USB external and copy them as folder to your host computer to transfer later.

No permission to read my pendrive, Usb HDD

go to my computer, double click the drive. it should open with a list of folders/files. to open the folder double click it. to open a file, do the same.
optionally, you can redo the drivers by going into my computer, system, hardware, and selecting the device from the list. click the driver tab, uninstall the drivers. restart, and the drivers should reload.
this should solve the problem.

Try removing your HDD very carefully. Check configuartion and type you need to purchase an external USB converter adapter depending on your HDD type then open it in another PC you can basically save the data there. To remove the driver lock you may try opening the BIOS by f8 or f10 during reboot and disable driver lock there if it asks for a pass key and you dont have it then you can try the first option of saving the file and reformating your hard Disk. Hope this helps.
