Did this card ever work properly as if it didnt then it wasent installed properly or set up right. If it was working then went bad first try to uninstall and reinstall and if that still has a problem your gonna need another card as far as i know and tryed in the past you cannot get a schematic diagram for these. Good Luck

There is a scratchy sound when the overdrive is engaged. Its not a hiss but a scratchy sound that is noticeable when you hit a cord or note and its fading out

There likely is a component failure. Possibly an electrolytic capacitor. Also low voltage due to failing power adapter or depleted battery would cause this. Do NOT count on LED for battery health..

If you locate the audio board, check for dried up electrolytic capacitors and dry joints around the output IC itself.
That should fix your fault.

Hissing and Humming when trying to use the speakers for the tv

The sony manual tells you how to connect to a TV however most of us now watch TV connected to a SKY box. The Scart lead needs to be connected to the Sky box for the sound to work correctly. Ignore the Manual and connect the Scart lead from the DVD Unit directly into you're sky box. It works fine.

Speakers have hissing noise coming out of them

Hook a graphic equalizer between the piano and speakers, and turn down all sliders above 8 kHz. Since the highest note of a piano is 4186 Hz (4.186 kHz), you'll still hear all the notes but cut the hiss. If the hiss is coming from the speaker's power amplifier (in which case the equalizer won't help), turn down the speaker volume and turn up the piano volume. Live instruments generally need some doctoring to sound good through high-quality stereo equipment, as they only produce a limited range of frequencies whereas good speakers reproduce a lot more - including hiss.

This noise is the seal for the power brake booster leaking, you will have to replace the vacuum booster to fix it.
