I have my google email address and I know the password but cannot access my email is there a number at google I can call?

Sorry to hear/read this dear.
In order to recover your password or be allowed into your Gmail account you need to remember your email address.

Enter your email address using another phone or laptop/PC, then a little way below, you'd see this "forgotten password", click on this, it's a link.
Google will request you provide a phone number or an alternate email address it can send your email account password reset to.
Access the email sent, inside, you will notice an email password reset link, click on it.
From there, you can enter a new password for your accountt: this time around, write your new password say in a diary so you don't forget or lose it again.

just to the left of the big BLUE "create an account"

Click on the "SIGN-IN"

and follow the prompts for being forgetful... "FORGOT"

If you are trying to create an email address, then perhaps someone's already using the address you've chosen, choose something else..
It could be that your password is not "strong enough".. ensure that you choose a password that contains uppercase, lowercase, symbols, & numbers, and is at least 8 characters in length

If you are trying to access an existing email address, most email service providers provide username and/or password retrieval facilities.. E.g; for google sign in issues: click here->

To reset your forgotten Gmail password:

• Make sure you either have a secondary email account specified for your gmail account or

• Follow the cant access your account? link from the Gmail log-in page.
• Make sure i forgot password is selected.
• Type your full Gmail email address under Email address.
• Click Continue.
• If you have set up a secondary email address for recovery:
  • Make sure the desired email address is selected following Get a password reset link at my recovery email: under Choose how to get back into your account..
  • Click Continue.
  • Open the Google Password Assistance message in the selected email account from Google Account Recovery.

Email providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo! and Gmail make it easy for email account holders to request an old password.
You must know your complete email address and have an alternative email address or cell phone number where a confirmation code can be sent.
If you cannot get your password back, your email provider will delete the old one. You can then create a new password.

Find the sign-in section on the main page of the website.
You will see one box for your email ID and one for your email password.

Be sure to check for the numbers lock key in the right mode and be sure that your caps key isn't locked... Otherwise you can access your account with asking for a new password... click the help button on the login page..
