I can help you with this without a doubt! Good to see you getting back into the field. The first thing I need to help you with your problem is the manufacturer and model of your computer in question. The second is a little more description on what you would like to achieve. For example, from the BIOS you can enable or disable functionality for CPU's, disable checksums or reconfigure voltage settings. If you want to just poke around a little bit I can give you hand with that too.

if there is a option it can be seen in your bios. You'd have to consult the manual that came with your computer. There
are several different manufacturers of CMOS chips, as well as a great
many versions of each BIOS.

It stated on my lappy " UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME" "check to make sure any hardware or software is properly installed" and ask my hardware or software manufacturer for any windows...

UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME - Windows is completely corrupted and the BIOS can't load it.
Just load the default settings in the BIOS and then reinstall Windows using the recovery cd that came with it when you bought it.

Will removing the CMOS battery clear the BIOS

it's about the processor level caches
but also might be a bad memory slot (RAM)

resetting the bios is a good choice, maybe this will helpe either

If you are using an AGP or PCI graphic card try disabling the on board video adapter from BIOS.

Ensure that you have the latest drivers for this video card installed.

If the video adapter is using shared memory, then you may have a faulty RAM module.

Reinstall Direct X and any graphic acceleration software.

Go to BIOS and disable memory caching and shadowing options, this usually does not solve the problem, but you never know.

Contact video card or Motherboard manufacturer, there may be an issue between video adapter and your motherboard, or the specific software that you are using. In that case manufacturer may require to download a patch.

Why Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing ? and how to disable it in bios ?

This particular error would typically indicate a problem with memory mapping associated with a peripheral device. I was unable to locate a hit for okfu53.sys, but most likely this is a device driver of some type. The instruction to disable cache is a holdover from old hardware and operating systems and is most likely not actually applicable- however by disabling it is just two areas that are memory users that you don't need at that point. Frankly I would just reboot. If you see it again reinstall the video drivers.

How to remove BIOS memory cache

Since it is a Toshiba Tecra if you are not worried about losing data on the laptop you can try turning on the laptop and start pressing the zero key. It should give you the option to restore your laptop if you haven't deleted the restore partition on the laptop.
