Hi
My cousin had a laptop that ran extremely hot.
My solution was to put it up on blocks.
Or you can space two books apart, rest the laptop on them and see if the problem goes away..
Two kids Lincoln logs would be perfect.
Might save you a trip to the repair shop.
Good luck
Joe
Use Ccleaner software, might be you are full of history log. Defragment the drive, delete histories and cookies. Check your drive capacity if its near full already. Ccleaner can also repair your registry.
On the other side there are many reasons computer hangs. It can also due to accumulated dust and dirt inside. Thermal problem.
Do the first one first then next.
Goodluck hope this immediately solves your problem.
