Hello...

This DE error means Door Error i think in your machine door there is a small magnetic lid.. If the lid is broken or its missing from the particular place means the DE will appear. So just change a magnetic lid its just a small amount dont change PCB Board for that issue.

Try unplugging power, push and hold power button for 5 seconds, then plug back in. See if error code is gone.

DE is for a door lock error and you will need to replace the lock. Here is the part to order.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

'de' stands for Door Error. There is likely to be a problem with either the door solenoid/lock or the 'door closed' sensor. Both require a service engineer's attention I suggest ;-0(

Hi,

"dE" means you have a door latch error. If you've already tried to unplug the machine and that didn't correct the issue, the door latch assembly will need to be ordered and replaced to fix the issue. The latch assembly is just not reading that the door is shut properly even though it is.
