Invoice i want to do one invoice , in were in one colomn i write the code of the product and automaticly in the second column is write the product how to do

    i'm using excel 2007 .



    I have one invoice to do and i want to write in one coloumn only the code number of the product and them ,that all the information of this product appear automaticly , is means that all the details information of this code stay in other file or other excel page

Shifter on steering column stuck


You'll have to remove the steering column. There's a few bolts that hold it to the bottom of the dash and a couple that attach it to the steering shaft before it goes through the firewall into the engine compartment. Remove that section of column and towards the bottom of it your find 2 torx screws. Tighten those screws back up and reinstall the column. The screws, in time, work themselves loose and cause this problem.

Link invoices to expenses to find profit


Cost are posted when you make a check, enter a bill and or payroll. Look for the cient column on the right side. Whenever you record an expense it will go nto nthat client. Then you'll be able to print a profit and loss by client.

My invoices are now printing on two pages. The invoice information on one page and the comment and total on the second page. I am not even using half of the first page for invoice information


Check the printer configuaration for page size selected. Select the proper page size in the printer properties will solve your problem.

How do i cancel or del a invoice


This is from the Quickbooks help menu. To void an invoice
  1. Go to the Company menu, choose Lists, and then click Chart of Accounts.
  2. Double-click the Accounts Receivable account.
  3. In the Accounts Receivable register, select the transaction you want to void.
    Invoices are marked INV in the Type column.
  4. Go to the Edit menu and click Void Invoice.
    Note that VOID appears in the memo field in the register. The charge is removed from the Amt Chrg column, and 0.00 appears in the Amt Paid column.
  5. Click Record.
    The voided invoice will no longer appear in the list of invoices you've created, but it will still be listed in the Accounts Receivable register.
    If you change your mind, click Restore.
To delete an invoice
Important: Deleting an invoice is irreversible.
  1. Go to the Company menu, choose Lists, and then click Chart of Accounts.
  2. Double-click the Accounts Receivable account.
  3. In the Accounts Receivable register, select the transaction you want to delete.
  4. Go to the Edit menu and click Delete Invoice.
  5. When prompted, click OK.
    The deleted invoice will no longer appear in the list of invoices you've created, and it will not be listed in the Accounts Receivable register.

How to turn off to be printed on invoice


Create an invoice to anyone for anything for 1.00. remove the To Be Printed check.
Save it.
Then delete the invoice.
To be printed is a sticky setting that is held based on the last transaction..

Invoices show as paid after saved??


Open Quickbooks.
Go to Edit>Preferences, in the new window, in the left hand column scroll down to Sales and Customers.
Select Company Preferences, make sure at the bottom of the window the box "Automaticaly Apply Payments" is not checked (no tick or cross in the box)
