www.hometips.com/repair-fix/clothes-dryer-stops-and-starts.html Apr 23, 2015 - The dryer's heating element works and the motor runs smoothly, But it... and then running the dryer with nothing inside for a few minutes-if it ...
Recently bought condensor dryer which was working fine till the very cold weather came. Is situated in the garage so temp has been going well below freezing some nights. Now keeps switching off after a few minutes and empty water light flashes although resovoir has no water in it. Is this due ti pipes freezing?
the black wire that was moving water from down condenser to up - water container - remove it. Use cotton swabs to "clean" the holes, do a run of the dryer without that black wire connected ( carefull, cause some wated might spill at this point), reattach black wire, and enjoy :)
It worked for me anyway. ( fingers crossed, its been on for 20 mins and still no red lights flashing)
