So, my problem was that my PC was working with the previous setup I'd done, but my roommates mac was not able to connect. Then I followed these instructions and voila, her mac was working, problem solved I thought when I realized my PC could no longer connect. Probably did something stupid then, something that solved that issue before, i reset the firewall settings for my PC and now, no wireless works and pc can't get to router settings even when ethernet cable plugged in.
Sorry for not doing this right, I'm sure the solutions would have worked for some one more savvy.
Please if you can help me futher, I'd really appreciate it
