How do I get Fixya to respond? I sent a question yesterday. I've
received nothing in answer but I now get a message that tells me you are charging me $12.00. No - we don't work that way!
I'll get hold of my credit card co. and tell them the truth - you
have done nothing for me and any withdrawal you make on my credit card is unauthorized.

This is a volunteer service, you need to put it in for users to help, what you probably did was ask for professional support, so give me the symptoms and I'll see what I can do to help you

The chat works like email or IM, so unfortunately once you've sent, there is no way to unsend it. You can try selecting the message thread in Messages and report it, then explain your situation and hope they'll help you.
Hello I've send a messege to you, by the email address you provided here. Just open your mail and see whether it is there. If not, go to spam folder and check. Click the link I've provided with it, and see how it performs. Inform me after that. OK.
That message is telling you that an email that you've sent was not deliverable. Usually because you typed and invalid email address to send it to. If you did not send an email then you've probably got a virus or spam that is automatically sending and receiving emails on your behalf and causing this to happen. If so you'll need to do a full system scan and clean it out. Best of luck to you. James
You can determine the time that you've received a certain message by just looking upon on a specific message in your phone and browse it..there you can see the time it was sent and the time you received it..thanks.
same problem here, started happening just yesterday and now it's just flashing and is never detected.. I've tried emailing the Samsung support, will tell you if I receive any useful answer (as proposed by the very helpful person at http://www.fixya.com/support/t8050821-dear_fixya_trouble )
I am not sure exactly if what I did solved the problem.
The main thing was I deleted messages from my in, sent, spam & finally emptied trash. But it didn't seem to have made a change yesterday.
Today I received a message from yoy (Fixya), I then tested it and it seems to be working fine.
Maybe a routine night job by Yahoo permenantly removed my deleted messages and created space.
If this is possible please let me know.
I think what has happened is that someone sent you a pic and because you have not got it opperating on your service the provider has automatically generated a message telling you there was an attempt.
If you check with your provider I would guess that 8211 is an automatic provider code.
