It sounds like the key that is stuck is producing a fault condition which is causing the motherboard speaker to sound a fault code.
Try using another keyboard.

From what you have stated the sound is a stuck key alarm. To resolve this, have the computer off and then invert your keyboard and knock it stiffly on your desktop by forcing the keyboard tray down on the desk while holding it in your hands. You'll be surprised at what drops out onto your desk so be prepared to clean this up once it stops releasing stuff from your keyboard.

With this task over, place the keyboard up again and restart the computer and see if you do not get thie stuck key alarm again. But, get started on shopping for a new keyboard as this may return as a problem. These keyboards only last so long and in some cases not very long at all.

When you shop for a keyboard I would suggest you get a Logitech, Kensington and a Microsoft keyboard. I have a preference for Logitech because of the price and how fast I use these things up.

Let me know how this works out for you. You can use the comment box below to correspond.
Thanks for using FixYa.

Sounds like an expensive problem to fix. This is an all-in-one, and it's very likely the mainboard. If it is under warranty, see how much it would cost to get it fixed. Otherwise, you might need to start looking for another PC. Before you trash it, though, verify that one of your keyboard keys is not stuck down!

Fix 3 beeps on a laptop and can not start up

3 beeps keyboard

desktop or laptop ?
Keyboard is not connected properly. Stuck key Bad keyboard Bad PS/2 or AT port Solution Keyboard is not connected properly Verify that the keyboard is connected properly to the computer by turning off your computer and then disconnecting and reconnecting the keyboard to the computer. Stuck key Ensure that there are no stuck keys on the keyboard. If all keys appear to be ok and you have a standard desktop computer with keyboard, turn the keyboard over and gently hit the back of the keyboard to loosen any dirt or hair that may be stuck in the keyboard. Bad keyboard Try another keyboard on the computer to verify that the keyboard has not gone bad. Bad PS/2 or AT port If all of the above solutions are not able to resolve your issue it is likely that the port on the back of the computer may be bad and the motherboard or I/O board may need to be replaced. b>

    Dell loud fan noise

Is the computer completing post? This is indicated normally by a single beep after the power button is turned on. On most computers the beep is proceeded by a post screen with the manufactures logo. If the computer is not getting this far, unplug everything but the memory and video. This should cause the computer to give a no hard drive or OS error. If not pull all the memory, this should cause the computer to give a series of beeps (because there is no memory installed). If this does not work either, you could have a bad mother board or power supply.

    Hope this helps

About 10 seconds after turning on my PC i get an alarm sounding an it want boot up.

The beeping is a function of the BIOS. when you r computers boots one of the first things it does is check the hardware. if it finds an issue it alerts you by beeping. the count of beeps will let you know what the issue is, look at documentatin for you motherbard. It could be as easy as you have a key stuck on your keyboard or maibe a memory stick is bad.

Computer will not boot. was making some loud noise before it stopped working

I just had the same problem to deal with. My computer automatically turned on, and just when you thought it was gonna work, there was a single, loud beep. I immediately unplugged the computer. Make sure all the cords and chips are properly and securely connected. My problem was that my memory cards were loose. Maybe that'll help.
