Question about Panasonic SC-PM08 Shelf System
I have a Panasonic SC-PM08 that powers up & displays "HELLO" for a few seconds, then a relay clicks and the unit shuts down with F74 on the display. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Would be cool if that display means you have #74 fuse blown. Maybe its for the amp output to the speakers? have you tried the speakers on another system? could they be blown? Is there anything in the manual about the error?

Very nice unit this one but Im not able to help you with the code but sounds like its shutting down because of an overload . Contact Panasonic but you may be surprised on how bad panasonic treats there customers as it say that Panasonic answers very few of there BBB complaints???good luck

A demonstration of the display is shown if you have not set the clock.
You can reduce the power consumed in standby mode by turning it
During standby mode
Hold down ['square icon'/-DEMO] until "NO DEMO" is displayed.
Every time you hold down the button:
NO DEMO (off)↔DEMO ON (on)
To show a demonstration of the display
