Question about HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Yesterday our Officejet 7310 printer started acting up. We have power to our small screen and it lights up with HP Invent but the power light won't come on and none of the buttons will work. There is no response when trying to print or fax or copy. The only sign of power is the small little screen is illuminated. I was on this site yesterday and someone described the same problem and the guru said to unplug for 20 seconds then press # and 6 and plug in. We did that and it did nothing. We have been speaking with HP support this morning and they tried # and 9 as well. They are wanting us to pay for an upgrade but this printer is like brand new. Has anyone else had this problem and can it be fixed?
Hi pls u check catridge holder circuit.. may be its geting damge or any hole printer doing like this... in this case no solution.. better u replace a machine.
