Tightening sequence for a 91 c-10

Just shy of snug start in the middle, then work your way out criss crossing.

Once sorta snug, then tighten a little more on the 1st pass in the same sequence: middle - to the outside.

Then one last time, tighten a little more in the same sequence. Does not need to be "TIGHT" just very snug. The header against the gasket seal will work. Too many people want to over tighten and then problems occur.

Installed new spider injector. 1999 yukon 5.7 - now plenum vacuum leak I believe. It has a high pitched squeal when started and stops the second I shut it off. what is the torque sequence for the upper...

tightening a plenum in a clockwise..or counterclockwise, pattern is inviting a leak,,.. Start with one corner,,just snug it down.. go to the opposite corner and snug it...now go 90* and snug it,, and go opposite and snug it..now go 90* and tighten it to correct torque spec..(repeat the above process and tighten all the way).. I would use ALL NEW gaskets, and spray a light coat with this on each side,,
